SurveySavvy - This is a very good paid survey site if you have a few friends to refer. Although we receive about a survey a week from them, you are only paid $3 for each survey completed. The beauty of Survey Savvy however is its referral system. If a person you refer completes a survey you receive $2. So if you have a few friends that are interested in paid surveys or making extra money I would sign up for Survey Savvy and send them an email about it.
